Refund & Returns Policy

At Thrive Biologix LLC (“Thrive Biologix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we take product quality, proper handling, and order accuracy seriously.

Because many of the products we sell are research materials where storage conditions, handling, product integrity, and chain of custody are important, all sales are generally final once an order has shipped.

This Return & Refund Policy explains when a refund, replacement, store credit, or other resolution may be available.

1. General Return Policy

Due to the nature of our research products, Thrive Biologix does not accept returns of research peptides or other research materials after they have been shipped, except where required by applicable law.

This policy helps protect the integrity of our products because once a product leaves our control, we cannot verify:

  • How it was stored
  • How it was handled
  • Whether it was opened or altered
  • Whether it was exposed to contamination
  • Whether appropriate environmental conditions were maintained
  • Whether the original product has been substituted or tampered with

Returned research products cannot be placed back into inventory or resold.

For these reasons, a customer’s change of mind, accidental purchase, or decision that a product is no longer needed generally does not qualify for a return or refund after shipment.

2. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact Thrive Biologix as soon as possible at:

info@thrivebiologix.com

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order that has not yet entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled.

If we successfully cancel an order before shipment, the applicable purchase amount will generally be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Incorrect Products

If Thrive Biologix sends you a product different from the product listed on your order confirmation, contact us promptly.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Your name and email address
  • A description of the issue
  • A photograph of the product received
  • A photograph showing the product label
  • A photograph of the shipping package when requested

Once the issue is verified, Thrive Biologix may, at our discretion, provide an appropriate resolution such as:

  • Replacement of the incorrect product
  • Shipment of the correct product
  • Store credit
  • Refund of the affected product

We may provide instructions regarding disposition of an incorrectly shipped product.

4. Damaged Products

Customers should inspect their shipment promptly after delivery.

If a product arrives physically damaged as a result of shipping, contact Thrive Biologix within 48 hours of confirmed carrier delivery.

Please retain all:

  • Products
  • Vials
  • Containers
  • Labels
  • Internal packaging
  • Shipping materials
  • Outer shipping boxes

We may request photographs showing:

  • The damaged product
  • The product label
  • The internal packaging
  • The exterior shipping box
  • The shipping label
  • Any visible damage to the package

Do not discard damaged products or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

After verification, Thrive Biologix may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

5. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your shipment, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The item you believe is missing
  • Photographs of the products received
  • Photographs of the shipping package and packaging materials when requested

We may review order fulfillment records, shipment weight information, packaging records, and other available information when investigating a missing-item claim.

If we determine that an item was omitted during fulfillment, we will generally replace the missing item or provide an appropriate refund or credit.

6. Lost Packages

A package is not automatically considered lost because tracking information has temporarily stopped updating or because delivery takes longer than expected.

If tracking indicates that a shipment is delayed or appears lost, please contact us.

We may require customers to allow the shipping carrier’s applicable investigation or delivery period to expire before issuing a replacement or refund.

If the carrier confirms that a package was lost in transit, Thrive Biologix may provide:

  • A replacement shipment
  • Store credit
  • A refund

The appropriate resolution will depend on the circumstances of the shipment.

7. Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first:

  • Checking the delivery location carefully
  • Checking with household members
  • Checking with neighbors
  • Checking mailrooms, parcel lockers, front desks, or receiving departments
  • Contacting the shipping carrier

Please notify Thrive Biologix promptly if the package remains missing.

Thrive Biologix is not automatically responsible for packages that a carrier confirms were delivered to the address provided with the order.

However, we may assist with available carrier information and review individual situations on a case-by-case basis.

8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Thrive Biologix is not responsible for orders that are:

  • Delivered to an incorrectly entered address
  • Returned because an address was incomplete
  • Delayed because of an address error
  • Misdelivered as a result of inaccurate customer-provided information

If you discover an address error before your order ships, contact us immediately.

We will attempt to correct the address when possible, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

9. Refused and Undeliverable Packages

Orders that are refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable may not automatically qualify for a full refund.

Because research products cannot necessarily be returned to sellable inventory, refunds for refused or undeliverable shipments will be evaluated individually.

Original shipping charges and any return shipping or carrier fees may be deducted from an approved refund where permitted by law.

10. Temperature During Shipping

Some research products may be sensitive to environmental conditions.

Customers should follow the storage recommendations applicable to each product after delivery.

Temporary temperature fluctuations during ordinary transportation do not automatically establish that a research product has been damaged or degraded.

A package arriving warm, cool, or at ambient temperature does not by itself qualify the order for replacement or refund.

If you believe a product was materially damaged during shipment, contact Thrive Biologix with your order information and supporting documentation so the circumstances can be reviewed.

11. Product Appearance

Lyophilized research products may vary in appearance.

Differences may include:

  • Amount or shape of visible material
  • Powder distribution within the vial
  • Cake formation
  • Material adhering to the side or bottom of the vial
  • Minor visual variations between batches

Visual appearance alone does not necessarily indicate product quantity, purity, identity, potency, or quality.

A product will not ordinarily qualify for a refund solely because its physical appearance differs from another vial or a photograph shown on our website.

12. Product Quantity and Fill Appearance

Many research products contain very small quantities of lyophilized material.

The amount of visible material inside a vial may appear significantly smaller than customers expect based on the labeled milligram quantity.

The labeled quantity represents the specified amount of material and should not be interpreted based solely on the apparent volume of lyophilized material inside the vial.

Questions concerning batch-specific analytical information may be directed to Thrive Biologix.

13. Certificates of Analysis and Quality Concerns

If you have a legitimate concern regarding the identity, purity, or quality of a research product, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • Batch or lot number
  • Description of the concern
  • Relevant photographs or documentation
  • Any applicable analytical information

Thrive Biologix may review available batch records and Certificates of Analysis associated with the product.

A difference between independently obtained testing and a Thrive Biologix COA will be reviewed based on relevant factors, including sampling practices, analytical methodology, laboratory methods, preparation procedures, and testing conditions.

We reserve the right to request appropriate documentation before determining whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution is warranted.

14. Improper Storage or Handling

Refunds and replacements are not available for product issues resulting from improper storage, handling, preparation, contamination, or use after delivery.

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate conditions after accepting delivery.

Thrive Biologix is not responsible for deterioration or damage caused by circumstances including:

  • Improper storage
  • Exposure to excessive heat
  • Exposure to moisture
  • Prolonged exposure to light
  • Contamination
  • Improper laboratory handling
  • Failure to follow applicable product storage recommendations

15. Research Results

Research products may produce different results depending on experimental conditions, methodologies, equipment, materials, procedures, and other variables.

Thrive Biologix does not guarantee specific research outcomes.

A product does not qualify for a refund solely because:

  • An experiment did not produce an expected result
  • Research results differed from published literature
  • A customer obtained an unexpected experimental observation
  • The product was incompatible with a particular research protocol

Researchers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their experimental design and intended research application.

16. Products Used Contrary to Research-Use Restrictions

Products sold by Thrive Biologix are for research use only and are not for human consumption.

Thrive Biologix does not provide refunds, replacements, or credits for issues resulting from:

  • Human use
  • Human administration
  • Veterinary use
  • Personal therapeutic use
  • Improper reconstitution for personal use
  • Improper administration
  • Use contrary to product labeling
  • Use contrary to our Terms & Conditions

Any such use is expressly prohibited.

17. Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by law, the following are generally non-returnable:

  • Research peptides
  • Opened products
  • Products that have left the customer’s control
  • Products with broken seals or altered packaging
  • Products that have been stored or handled after delivery
  • Clearance or final-sale items where identified
  • Products purchased by mistake after they have shipped

Separate policies may apply to non-research accessories when expressly stated on the applicable product page.

18. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

The time required for a refund to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Thrive Biologix does not control processing times after an approved refund has been submitted to the payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error attributable to Thrive Biologix or otherwise required by law.

19. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact Thrive Biologix before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We are committed to reviewing legitimate order problems and attempting to resolve them fairly.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims of non-delivery, or deliberate misuse of payment dispute procedures may result in account suspension or termination and restriction from future purchases.

Nothing in this section limits any lawful rights a customer may have through their financial institution or applicable consumer protection laws.

20. Abuse of the Return Policy

Thrive Biologix reserves the right to limit refunds, replacements, credits, or future purchasing privileges where we reasonably identify repeated or fraudulent claims, return-policy abuse, or other suspicious activity.

We may suspend or terminate customer accounts when necessary to protect our business and customers from fraud or misuse.

21. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to eliminate or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable federal or state law.

Where applicable law provides rights greater than those described in this policy, the applicable legal requirements will control.
