Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thrive Biologix LLC (“Thrive Biologix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to processing and shipping orders accurately and securely.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our order processing, shipping, tracking, delivery, address correction, lost package, and temperature-related policies.
By placing an order with Thrive Biologix, you agree to the terms of this Shipping & Delivery Policy as well as our Terms & Conditions and Return & Refund Policy.
1. Shipping Area
Thrive Biologix currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Certain products or destinations may be subject to additional restrictions based on applicable laws, regulations, carrier limitations, or other considerations.
Thrive Biologix reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if we determine that we cannot legally or reasonably ship the order to the requested destination.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed after:
- Payment has been successfully completed
- Required account information has been provided
- Any applicable age-verification requirements have been satisfied
- The order has passed any necessary fraud or compliance review
Orders are processed as promptly as reasonably possible.
Orders placed during weekends, holidays, periods of unusually high order volume, severe weather, or other circumstances may require additional processing time.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare an order for shipment and does not include carrier transit time.
3. Order Verification
Thrive Biologix reserves the right to review an order before shipment.
We may contact you to verify information associated with an order, including:
- Billing information
- Shipping information
- Customer identity
- Age eligibility
- Payment information
- Unusual ordering activity
- Other information reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or comply with applicable requirements
An order may be delayed, held, limited, or canceled if we are unable to verify necessary information.
4. Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods and applicable charges will generally be displayed during checkout.
Shipping options may vary based on:
- Destination
- Package size
- Package weight
- Product type
- Carrier availability
- Operational considerations
Selecting an expedited shipping service affects the carrier’s estimated transit time after shipment and does not necessarily shorten order processing time unless specifically stated.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout when applicable.
Shipping costs may be based on factors including:
- Destination
- Selected service level
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Carrier rates
- Order value
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable after an order has shipped except where the shipment problem resulted from an error attributable to Thrive Biologix or where otherwise required by law.
6. Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will generally be provided after your order has been prepared for shipment.
Customers may receive tracking information by email or through their Thrive Biologix account.
Please allow time for the shipping carrier’s tracking system to update after a shipping label has been created.
A tracking number showing “Label Created,” “Pre-Shipment,” or similar language does not necessarily mean the carrier has completed its first package scan.
7. Estimated Delivery Dates
Any estimated delivery dates displayed on our website, during checkout, in tracking information, or in customer communications are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.
Thrive Biologix cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:
- Weather
- Natural disasters
- Carrier delays
- Transportation disruptions
- Holidays
- High shipping volume
- Mechanical problems
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Government actions
- Service interruptions
- Other unforeseen events
A carrier delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or replacement.
8. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Before submitting your order, please verify:
- Recipient name
- Street address
- Apartment, suite, or unit number
- City
- State
- ZIP code
Thrive Biologix is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
9. Address Changes
If you discover an error in your shipping address after submitting an order, contact us immediately at:
We will make reasonable efforts to update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
However, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment has begun.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Thrive Biologix may be unable to modify the delivery address.
Customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect address provided during checkout.
10. Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be returned to Thrive Biologix for reasons including:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete address
- Unable to forward
- Recipient unavailable
- Refused delivery
- Unclaimed package
- Other carrier-determined delivery failure
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, please contact Thrive Biologix.
Depending on the circumstances and product condition, additional shipping fees may be required before an order can be reshipped.
Because research materials cannot necessarily be returned to inventory after leaving our control, an undeliverable or refused shipment does not automatically qualify for a refund.
11. Refused Packages
Customers should not refuse delivery as a method of canceling an order.
A refused shipment may be returned to Thrive Biologix by the carrier, but due to the nature of research materials, returned products may not be eligible for resale or refund.
Shipping charges and carrier return fees may be deducted from any approved refund where permitted by law.
Please contact Thrive Biologix before refusing a shipment whenever possible.
12. Packages Marked Delivered
Once a carrier reports a package as delivered, customers are responsible for promptly locating and securing the shipment.
If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around the delivery location
- Check mailboxes and parcel lockers
- Check side or rear entrances
- Ask household members
- Ask neighbors
- Check with an apartment office, mailroom, front desk, or receiving department
- Contact the shipping carrier
If the shipment remains missing, contact Thrive Biologix promptly.
We may assist with available tracking information or carrier inquiries.
However, Thrive Biologix does not automatically assume liability for packages confirmed by the shipping carrier as delivered to the address supplied with the order.
13. Lost Packages
A shipment is not automatically considered lost because tracking information has temporarily stopped updating.
Shipping carriers may experience scanning delays or transportation interruptions.
If a package appears to be lost, contact Thrive Biologix.
Depending on the carrier and shipment circumstances, we may need to allow the carrier’s applicable investigation or claims period to occur before determining an appropriate resolution.
If a carrier confirms that a package has been lost in transit, Thrive Biologix may, depending on the circumstances, provide:
- A replacement shipment
- Store credit
- A refund
14. Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect packages promptly after delivery.
If an order arrives visibly damaged, please retain:
- The shipping box or mailer
- Shipping label
- Internal packaging materials
- Products
- Product labels
- Damaged containers or vials
Contact Thrive Biologix within 48 hours of confirmed carrier delivery and provide photographs showing the damage.
We may require photographs of:
- The exterior package
- Shipping label
- Internal packaging
- Damaged product
- Product label
Claims involving damaged shipments will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
15. Missing or Incorrect Products
If your package arrives but contains a missing or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs of the products received
- Photographs of the package or packing materials when requested
We will review the order and fulfillment information and provide an appropriate resolution when an error is verified.
16. Research Product Shipping Conditions
Some research materials may have recommended long-term storage conditions that differ from normal transportation conditions.
Products may experience temporary environmental or temperature fluctuations during shipping.
A research product arriving at ambient temperature, cool, or warm does not by itself establish that the product has been damaged or degraded.
Where applicable, products should be transferred to their recommended storage conditions promptly after delivery.
17. Temperature-Sensitive Products
Thrive Biologix takes reasonable measures to package products appropriately for transportation based on the nature of the product and shipping method.
However, shipping carriers do not maintain laboratory-controlled environments unless a specific temperature-controlled shipping service has expressly been purchased and identified.
Customers should therefore understand that ordinary shipping may involve temporary exposure to varying temperatures.
Temporary temperature fluctuations during shipment do not automatically qualify an order for refund or replacement.
If you believe a research product was materially damaged during transportation, contact us with:
- Your order number
- Product name
- Batch or lot number
- Description of the concern
- Photographs of the shipment
We will review the circumstances on an individual basis.
18. Storage After Delivery
Once an order has been delivered, the customer is responsible for appropriate product storage and handling.
Customers should review product-specific storage recommendations where available.
Depending on the product, appropriate storage may involve protection from:
- Heat
- Moisture
- Direct sunlight
- Repeated temperature fluctuations
- Contamination
Thrive Biologix is not responsible for deterioration or product damage resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.
19. Delivery to Businesses, Laboratories, Apartments, and Shared Locations
Customers shipping to a:
- Business
- Laboratory
- University
- Apartment building
- Office complex
- Mailroom
- Receiving department
- Other shared location
are responsible for ensuring that the facility can properly receive and secure the package.
A delivery confirmation to a mailroom, receiving desk, front office, or other authorized location at the shipping address may constitute completed carrier delivery.
20. Carrier Delays
Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, its movement and delivery are substantially controlled by that carrier.
Thrive Biologix is not responsible for delays caused by a shipping carrier that are outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with carrier-related issues when appropriate.
21. Holidays and Severe Weather
Orders placed near holidays or during periods of severe weather may experience additional processing or transportation delays.
Thrive Biologix may temporarily adjust fulfillment or shipping schedules when we believe doing so is appropriate to protect products or reduce avoidable carrier delays.
22. Shipping Restrictions
Thrive Biologix reserves the right to restrict shipment of particular products to certain states, territories, addresses, customers, or jurisdictions when appropriate based on:
- Applicable laws or regulations
- Carrier restrictions
- Fraud-prevention concerns
- Compliance considerations
- Product-specific considerations
- Business policies
Availability of a product on our website does not guarantee that the product can be shipped to every destination.
23. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If you need to cancel an order, contact:
as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel eligible orders before processing or shipment.
Once an order has been packaged, processed, or transferred to a carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
For complete cancellation and refund terms, please review our Return & Refund Policy.
24. Risk of Loss and Title
To the extent permitted by applicable law, risk associated with shipment and delivery may transfer in accordance with applicable shipping terms, carrier procedures, and law.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
25. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to hold, cancel, or refuse orders involving suspected:
- Fraud
- Unauthorized payment activity
- Identity misuse
- False shipping information
- Repeated claims of non-delivery
- Abuse of our shipping or refund policies
We may request additional verification before fulfilling an order.
26. Changes to This Shipping Policy
Thrive Biologix may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time.
Changes may reflect updates to:
- Shipping carriers
- Fulfillment practices
- Product offerings
- Applicable laws
- Business operations
The current version will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
