Research products purchased from Thrive Biologix must not be administered to, ingested by, applied to, injected into, or otherwise used in or on humans or animals.
The fact that a compound may have been discussed in scientific literature, investigated in clinical research, or studied for a potential biological effect does not change the research-use designation of products sold by Thrive Biologix.
The presence of scientific research concerning a compound does not mean that a Thrive Biologix research product is approved, safe, or appropriate for human or veterinary use.
5. No Medical Advice
Thrive Biologix does not provide medical advice.

6. Research Information and Scientific Literature
Product pages may identify areas in which a compound has been studied or discussed in scientific literature.
Such information is provided to help researchers understand the scientific context surrounding a compound.
Research information should not be interpreted as:
- A therapeutic claim
- A medical claim
- A recommendation for human use
- Evidence that a Thrive Biologix product is safe for human use
- Evidence of clinical effectiveness
- FDA approval
- A representation that research findings will be reproduced in any particular experiment
Scientific findings can vary based on methodology, experimental conditions, models, materials, and other factors.
7. Regulatory Status
Unless expressly stated otherwise, research products sold by Thrive Biologix have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human consumption, therapeutic use, diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, cure, or prevention of disease.
Nothing on the Thrive Biologix website should be interpreted as suggesting otherwise.

A COA represents analytical findings associated with the identified sample or batch and the specific analytical methods performed.
A COA does not establish that a product is:
- Approved for human use

- Sterile unless sterility has been specifically tested and documented
- Suitable for injection
- A pharmaceutical product
- Safe or effective for treating a medical condition
9. Purchaser’s Independent Evaluation
Researchers are responsible for independently determining whether a product is suitable for their intended research application.
Thrive Biologix does not guarantee that a research product will produce a particular experimental result.
Researchers should evaluate available product information, analytical documentation, scientific literature, laboratory procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements before conducting research.
10. Storage and Product Integrity
Customers are responsible for placing research products into appropriate storage conditions promptly after delivery.
Improper storage or handling may affect research materials.
Thrive Biologix is not responsible for product deterioration resulting from improper storage, contamination, mishandling, or use after delivery.
